- Drafting of preliminary projects, basic projects and executive projects. Solid knowledge in the regulatory field: urban planning regulations, CTE, and in the field of construction.
- Assistance to site management
- Participation in unique innovation projects in the field of energy efficiency in buildings.

What will be your responsibilities?
This is the profile we are looking for
- Experience: minimum 5 years in designing preliminary projects, basic and executive projects, preferably in the industrial and commercial sector and with Consultant Firms
- Solid knowledge in the field of construction and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills – capable of leading meetings with clients, contractors and sub-consultants
- Demonstrable skills in design and graphic expression (project book).
- Knowledge and experience in the use of BIM/AutodeskRevit
- Knowledge and experience in the use of modelling and rendering software (sketchup Lumion, V-Ray etc).
- Knowledge and experience in the use of image processing software (photoshop etc).
